I’ve really been enjoying your YouTubes and have become a member. I love the idea of the heirloom template, but for some reason when I try to insert a picture, only a small portion shows. I’m obviously doing something wrong. Would you do a quick summary of how to insert the picture?

Hi Georgiann, You’re very welcome. We have sent out a newsletter each week since you signed up. It shows you received and opened the first on 4/14/20. Please check your spam or junk folder. (Hotmail is notorious for tossing newsletters into the Spam folder.) Look for emails on 4/22 and 4/29. “Whitelist” them and please add our email address to your contacts to let Hotmail know that you want to receive them.

I live in Sudbury – Northern Ontario. I vividly remember meeting you in Ontario years ago. You were speaking, for the first time, at an Ontario Genealogical Society conference (Ontario Ancestors now). Several of us noticed you sitting alone at the lunch table and as genealogists do, we plunked down to join you. Only later did we realize you were the speaker we were signed up to listen to!
We enjoyed your company that day & also many of your talks over the years – now of course your online Genealogy Gems! Thanks for all the years you’ve spent educating & entertaining us! Lynn
